Rihanna tells all about what happened "that night."

Rihanna told the officer she got into an argument with Chris Brown over something that had occurred at an event they were at earlier in the evening.

"The victim said she became enraged and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard on the passenger side of the car they were in. She reported that the defendant then pulled the vehicle over and reached over her with his right hand. He opened the car door and tried to force the victim out."

According to the report, Brown was unable to shove Rihanna out of the car because she was wearing a seatbelt.

The report continues, "When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the car. "

"The victim then faced the defendant and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then continued driving."

"As he drove, he continued to punch the victim in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand."

Rihanna told cops the "assault caused her mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter over her clothing and the inside of the car."

Rihanna told cops after Brown "stopped his first assault .. she looked in the mirror and saw her eye beginning to swell.

[Brown] looked at [Rihanna] and said 'I'm going to beat the shit out of you when we get home! You wait and see!'"

Rihanna told police she tried to call her personal assistant, but she didn't pick up -- but Rihanna says she "pretended to talk, saying, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.'"

Rihanna says she pulled the act "because she did not want to get beat anymore."

But after Rihanna's fake phone conversation, she claims Brown "looked at [Rihanna] and said, "You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!"

Rihanna told cops that Brown unleashed a second wave of punches, "during which time [Rihanna] interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face." He continued to punch her on her left arm, which caused a contusion on her left tricep.

At that point Rihanna tried texting her assistant. Brown threw the phone out of the car, stopped the vehicle and Rihanna then tried opening her door to get out, but Brown sped off and the door shut with Rihanna inside.

Brown placed Rihanna in a headlock while he drove, then bit her on her left ear. The car eventually stopped and Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition, and Brown began to punch her again in the face and arms. He placed her in a headlock and started applying pressure to her carotid artery. She couldn't breathe and began to lose consciousness. She tried freeing herself, and Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her.

Rihanna took off her shoe and tried breaking the passenger window, and he continued to punch her.

Eventually, Brown got out of the car. Rihanna opened the door and continued screaming. Brown began punching her again. He got back in the car and screamed "Where are my f***ing keys?" He got out, looked for the keys in vain, and when he could not find them removed several CDs and walked away.

Officers were called and observed numerous contusions and abrasions to Rihanna's face and forehead, as well as bruising on her left arm. There were other injuries as well.

Investigators determined Brown was wearing a large ring on his right hand which caused several of Rihanna's injuries. (TMZ)

Chris Brown may have already violated his probation!!!!

Chris Brown may have violated his probation just hours after he was sentenced ... but a technicality will probably save him.

The probation report states that Brown must "abstain from the use of all alcoholic beverages and stay out of places where they are the chief item of sale."

Brown was at Guys and Dolls nightclub last night in West Hollywood, partying away. Guys and Dolls sells food, but its chief item of sale is liquor.

But here's Brown's saving grace. In her sentencing order, the judge did not mention the restriction. We're told the judge trumps the probation department, so Brown is probably in the clear by the skin of his teeth. (TMZ)

Worker accused of assault at 50 Cent's Conn. home

HARTFORD, Conn. — An employee of rapper 50 Cent has been accused of getting into a fight after a sex-related dispute at the hip-hop star's mansion and is facing assault charges.

Dwayne McKenzie works for the rapper's company G-Unit and lives on the sprawling property, which used to be owned by boxer Mike Tyson. Court documents obtained by the Hartford Courant newspaper allege McKenzie requested oral sex from a woman during an Aug. 16 gathering at the 50,000-square-foot mansion in the Hartford metropolitan area suburb Farmington.

A friend of the woman took offense, and a fight ensued, police said.
Police Lt. William M. Tyler said 50 Cent wasn't at the home, which has 19 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms and boasts a gym, billiards rooms, racquetball courts and a disco with stripper poles.

When the woman and her friend decided to leave the mansion, witnesses said, another woman, Michelle Krzykowski, ran after them and grabbed the friend, and McKenzie told her she was attacking the wrong person, according to a warrant for McKenzie's arrest.
Krzykowski hit the woman with a hard object, leaving a large gash in her head, police said. Witnesses told police McKenzie pinned the woman to the ground while Krzykowski hit her.

Associated Press writer Katie Nelson in Hartford contributed to this report.

Bow Wow's message for all the haters.

We recently announced that Bow Wow signed to Cash Money Records. He wrote the following message in response to the "naysayers".

"To the naysayers, I hope that you give me the opportunity to earn your respect," he wrote Tuesday (August 18) night. "I know that over the years I've put many of my faults on display which I make no excuses for. I'm young and I've made mistakes and I will make more. No different than any other 22 year old, I still have some growing up to do...To anyone who's confused or says I don't belong in Cash Money. Let me remind you that I've been down with Baby, Slim, Wayne and the whole Cash Money family from the beginning. 10 years ago when we really were 'Lil' me and Wayne did a song for the Hardball movie soundtrack. Baby was influential in my third album. Last year, Wayne and I spent 2 months together in New Orleans filming Hurricane Season. So please don't be misinformed and think I'm just jumpin' on 'what's hot' or trying to ride others success. This has been my extended family for more than a decade...And since everyone is asking, me and JD are cool! Nothing has or will change. He'll always be that father figure that I never had and we'll continue to make hits." (Global Grind)

Wrigleys Gum terminates Chris Browns deal

Wrigley's gum has officially terminated Chris Browns endorsement deal due to his guilty plea on assaulting Rihanna.

Chris Beater is being sentenced today for assult.

(AP) Chris Brown has pleaded guilty and publicly apologized for beating Rihanna, but after Wednesday afternoon, plenty more hard work lies ahead.

The 20-year-old R&B singer is scheduled to be sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community labor. A judge has said she wants Brown, who will likely be allowed to serve his probation in his home state of Virginia, to do work that is comparable to graffiti removal or roadside cleanup.

The "Run It!" singer pleaded guilty in late June to felony assault before a preliminary hearing in which Rihanna was likely to testify. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has said Brown's sentence is in line with what others receive when they are charged with similar crimes and have no prior criminal history.

The office does not provide specific information on comparable cases, spokeswoman Jane Robison said Wednesday.

The former couple never faced each other at that hearing. As Brown left through one door, Rihanna entered the courtroom from a private entrance.
Donald Etra, Rihanna's attorney, said Tuesday that the 21-year-old singer would not appear in court for Brown's sentencing. Etra said he would ask Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg to rescind a restraining order that keeps the pair from talking or meeting one another.

Etra said he would ask that it be replaced by an order that prohibits Brown from harassing, annoying or molesting Rihanna.

Brown said in a public apology video posted on his Web site July 20 that he had repeatedly apologized to Rihanna for the attack. He called his conduct "inexcusable" and pledged to do better.
"I saw firsthand what uncontrolled rage can do," he tells viewers. "I have sought and am continuing to seek help to ensure that what occurred in February can never happen again."

Schnegg will consider a report by probation officials and has warned Brown that he will face substantial scrutiny. She told him in June that he'll have to return to California every three months and attend domestic violence counseling.
That's assuming Virginia authorities agree to take his case. The state has not yet been contacted about Brown's case and won't be until he is sentenced, said Virginia Department of Corrections spokesman Larry Traylor.

He said probation officials would have to look at the conditions requested by California authorities, but that the department does not comment on individual cases for privacy reasons.

Brown was arrested Feb. 8, hours after an early morning fight erupted between the singer and his then-girlfriend in a car in Los Angeles' Hancock Park neighborhood. A search warrant affidavit filed by police described the brutal attack, stating that Brown beat, choked and bit Rihanna and tried to push her out of the car.

The beating occurred hours before the pair were scheduled to appear at the Grammy Awards, and both have been forced to cancel several high-profile appearances since then.

Brown's career has suffered, with radio stations refusing to play his music and sponsors dropping him.
